訂單 ID 長度必須為 1 至 128 個字元。

回應

成功時返回 HTTP 202。data 包含 order_id 和 accepted。accepted: true 只確認撤單請求已接受，不代表最終狀態一定是 CANCELLED；請之後查詢訂單詳情。可能的錯誤包括 order_not_found、order_not_cancellable、invalid_trade_date 和券商拒絕。
