Research and execution

Can a generated strategy be used for live trading?

A successful backtest does not establish how a strategy will perform in live trading. Signal timing, execution prices, liquidity, fees, and capital requirements can affect results.
Before connecting a live account, you can test the strategy in a simulation account and compare its signals and execution with the backtest. Qube-generated content is for research and does not constitute investment advice.

What data does Qube use?

Qube provides Hong Kong and US market data, reference data, financial statements, and market factors. Research symbols require a market suffix:
  • Hong Kong: .HK, for example 0001.HK or 0700.HK.
  • US NASDAQ BASIC: .NB, for example AAPL.NB.
These are research data symbols. Trading commands use the symbol format specified in the trading API documentation. Daily price data is not adjusted for corporate actions. See the data guide for coverage and limitations.

Where are conversations and research records saved?

Qube lists previous conversations in its conversation history. You can find saved research records here:

Subscriptions and usage

Where can I view subscription plans?

The available plans are Free, Basic, and Pro. New users can claim a seven-day Basic trial, subject to the eligibility shown on the subscription page.
Free and Basic include basic community access. Pro includes premium community access and a dedicated consultant with 24/7 support. Confirm current prices, benefits, and trial eligibility on the subscription page before subscribing.

Where can I check usage and billing?

Sign in and open the subscription page. Use Bill Records to review billing records and My Subscription to check your plan. Credit usage varies by task; strategy creation and backtesting do not have a single fixed combined cost.
